Booking Policy

To keep every appointment running smoothly and respect everyone's time, please review the following before booking.

Deposits & Booking

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total.
  • Appointments are only confirmed after deposit is received.
  • Only clients receiving service may attend appointments unless approved beforehand.

Timing & Communication

  • Please communicate if running late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed with communication.
  • After 10 minutes without notice, appointments will be canceled.
  • Detailed sets may require additional time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Advance notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
  • With proper notice, your $20 deposit will carry over and be used for your rescheduled appointment.
  • Without proper notice, your deposit is forfeited and a new $20 deposit will be required to book again.
  • Missed appointments without notice result in loss of deposit, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.

No-Shows

  • No-call, no-shows result in loss of deposit.
  • 2 courtesy chances are given before future bookings may be declined.
